Privacy Policy for Blossom VPN

Security and privacy are central to our approach. We believe in being transparent about how your information is used and managed. This Privacy Policy outlines our strategy for processing and handling data provided during your use of our products, services, apps, and websites linked to this policy (collectively referred to as our "services").

"Personal data" in this document refers to information related to an identified or identifiable individual and is safeguarded under relevant data protection laws.

Who Are We?

This policy applies to the data processing activities of the Blossom VPN app. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the specific company providing the services to you and managing your data under this policy. For mobile apps, you can find the responsible company by checking the app's listing on its download page or reviewing its terms of service.

What Information Do We Collect About You?

To understand when collection occurs, refer to Section 2 (How Do We Use Your Information?). Additional details on collection mechanisms, like cookies, are in Section 4 (Tracking Technologies & Cookies).

Service availability, speed, locations, and quality may change. Eclipse VPN strives to maintain availability except during brief maintenance periods. However, service may be unavailable due to emergencies, third-party service failures, network issues, or other factors beyond our control, which can cause interruptions or limitations. We are not liable for data loss, undelivered messages, or delays due to performance issues with the service or communications networks.

Network speed is approximate and doesn't guarantee specific service or data transmission speeds. Actual network performance varies depending on configuration, compression, and network congestion. We do not ensure the precision of data received; delays or omissions may occur.

User Responsibilities

Engaging in hacking, cracking, spreading viruses, engaging in fraudulent activities, or any activities considered illegal or harmful may lead to suspension or termination of the service. Users are responsible for securely configuring their services and are accountable for any damage caused by their negligence or failure to secure their services, whether intentional or accidental.

Although we do not enforce bandwidth or data usage limits on individual users, the service is subject to a fair usage policy. Usage resembling bot behavior, creating an excessive load on the network, or consuming an unreasonable amount of bandwidth may be deemed abusive or unfair. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in unfair usage practices
